My Marcy friend is a great nanny I call her the baby whisperer because she has a way with babies that no one else does. If your baby can’t sleep she will hold it and Rock them right to sleep. I imagine you think it’s uncool to play with kids on the playground. Not me I think it’s totally awesome to be in it with your kids 110% committed to being in the moment with your kids. Squeeze the joy out of the moments you get because they will never be that small ever again. They will grow up faster then a speeding bullet. I’ll be uncool mom getting dirty on my knees. Livin la vida loca! I don’t mean to sound preachy but I see it all the time-let’s get off our phones and on the playground while we still can. Don’t worry they will push you out eventually.

The have a learn to play hockey program that’s free to the public. They provide free gear too. FYI the gloves I used were brand spanking new. The only thing that’s mine are the skates and the socks.

Most important thanks is to my husband Stephen. As a birthday present he signed me up for this one day a week for three week program. He also got me a Ducks Jersey. The biggest gift is really watching the kids for a longe period of time at night. After a long day at work and watching them in the morning while I’m at work. Thanks Stephen!! I love you.

On a professional level I’ll say that hockey is one of the best overall sports for health and fitness as long as you don’t get your teeth knocked out etc. Fantastic workout, and fyi skating backward will give you a butt lift! Balance, coordination, power, agility. Let’s F Go! Andiamo!

Thank you for this free adult learn to play hockey. It’s so awesome! And more importantly thank you to Stephen my husband for giving me the opportunity to do so by watching the kids late at night while I have the time of my life. Nothing like putting pads on and skating your heart out. I could do this all day. Again I’ll say it hockey is such a great workout for the legs and a even better workout when you add the stick and puck, this really adds the upper body into the workout.

Sugars not bad for kids when it’s the natural kind! I’m not 100% healthy all the time but when I can I feed them healthy food.
