Suffering from dry eyes this season? Lower humidity, increased wind and indoor heating all cause eye moisture to evaporate faster.

If your eyes feel gritty, irritated, or watery, you’re not alone!

The 20-20-20 rule gives your eye muscles a short “break” to relax and refocus.

Bonus tip: Remember to blink often to prevent dryness.

Adjust lighting and screen brightness to reduce glare.

Consider blue light filters or computer glasses if needed.
