What do you like most about working at ASP?
The collaboration across all aspects of the company is one of the most rewarding parts of working in the field for ASP. This true team approach to working with our customers truly resonates and allows us to offer the best service possible.

What is your favorite type of food?
Anything my wife cooks. Definitely Italian - I don’t think there is an Italian dish I won’t eat.

What do you like to do outside of working for ASP?
When my wife and I are not playing with our two girls who are 3 and 4, I love boating, fishing, golfing and cars.

What is something that your colleagues don’t know about you (and would surprise them if they did)?
I studied ornithology in college, so I can identify over 10 species of local birds just by hearing their songs.

What is the most important thing you have learned while working at ASP?
I learned that all processes -- whether product or non-product -- ultimately have an impact on our patients’ lives.

What three words describe your life?
Joy, strength and endless learning

Employee Spotlight: Monet Solberg is a Consumable Product Specialist for ASP. Today, she shares a couple of facts about herself.

What do you like most about working at ASP?
I love the people. I have never before worked with some many people at varying levels that truly believe in what they do and are passionate about their role in the organization. I have been completely supported and encouraged to learn, challenge and grow within my role.

What is your favorite type of food?
I cannot live without fresh fruit and veggies but my favorite dish is Chicken Tikka Masala.

What do you like to do outside of working for ASP?
I like to stay busy and ADVENTURE is the name of my game! I prefer to be outdoors whenever possible; run, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, camping, kayaking, etc. I also love to travel and experience new places, people and cultures.

1. What is the most important thing you have learned while working at ASP?
Close collaboration with customers and business partners around the world is the key to finding success.

2. What is your favorite type of food?
Pizza. In my opinion, pizza is the perfect food. It can be prepared in so many different ways, with so many ingredients that the possibilities are endless. It’s fun, delicious and can be eaten with your hands!

3. What do you like to do outside of working for ASP?
I enjoy spending time with my family, surfing and playing guitar.

Employee Spotlight: Karen Anderson is a senior quality engineer at ASP. Today, she shares a couple of facts about herself.

1. What is something that your colleagues don’t know about you (and would surprise them if they did)?
I love to ride my ’05 Harley Davidson Road King, and have many 5000 mile road trips under my belt. I would be glad to share my experiences with other rider enthusiasts!

2. What do you like to do outside of working for ASP?
I go to the gym 6 days a week, which is very rewarding. Now that I live in a climate that is warm, I no longer have any excuse to sit around! I enjoy camping, exploring, day trips to small towns nearby, and planning road trips out of the state.

3. What is the most important thing you have learned while working at ASP?
I have learned the connection and level of responsibility we have to our patients as a part of the Johnson and Johnson family of companies.
