- Dumbbells
- Resistance Bands
# # Exercises
1. Dumbbell Squats
- 3 sets of 10 reps
- Rest for 45 seconds between sets
2. Resistance Band Rows
- 3 sets of 12 reps
- Rest for 30 seconds between sets
3. Dumbbell Overhead Press
- 3 sets of 8 reps
- Rest for 60 seconds between sets
4. Resistance Band Bicep Curls
- 3 sets of 15 reps
- Rest for 30 seconds between sets
5. Dumbbell Lunges
- 3 sets of 12 reps (each leg)
- Rest for 45 seconds between sets
Remember to warm up before starting the workout and cool down/stretch afterwards. Adjust the weight and reps based on your fitness level and goals.
