Nutritious and satisfying Mango salad that bursts with flavors!
All we used was mix of salad greens, tomatoes, purple onions, cilantro, and peanuts.
Dressing: olive oil, red wine vinegar, crushed peanuts, maple syrup and lime juice. It can serve as a great side salad or a delicious meal alone. I would also add some quinoa and extra beans if making it into a meal 😊
