We are incredibly proud to spotlight Gabrielle Yerro Baker, an MS2 and scholar in UCI’s LEAD-ABC program, whose passion for health equity is making an impact in dermatology. She was first awarded the Tu-Uchio Academic Research Fellowship to fund her summer project. She recently received the NMA Dermatology Research Fellowship, a competitive year-long fellowship only offered to 10 students.
We are excited to support her research on hair and skin disorders in patients of color.
