My baby boy is 18 weeks, looks just like his sister did at this age. He kicks constantly, rarely shows his face when I scan him. I have no real cravings anymore and we are looking forward to the anatomy scan next week.

At 18 weeks pregnant (entering month 5), your baby is roughly the size of a bell pepper, measuring about 5.5 to 6.3 inches long from head to rump and weighing approximately 5 to 7 ounces.
