How often should I take breaks to prevent stiffness or eye strain?....⁠

Breaks matter! Especially if you sit all day!�A quick reset every 30–60 minutes can prevent pain, fatigue, and even brain fog!⁠

Use these tips for less muscle pain and eye strain sitting behind your desk:⁠

✨️ Change your position and take a micro break at least every 30 min!⁠
✨️ If you can, lay on your back and legs up! (like I show)⁠
✨️ Do push up against the wall⁠
✨️ Use the 20-20-20 rule: every 20min, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds!⁠

Releasing Tight Ankles — What Actually Works

Ankles release best with functional movement... not stretching

Slow circles and controlled rotations can be a good place to start, but know that functional mobility involves the whole body, not just isolating an area!

My go-to is Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, which involves coordination, strengthening, and mechanics all at the same time!

Here’s how to fix it:⁠

🔵 Avoid resting your arm on the window or center console ⁠

🔵 Sit close enough so you are not over-stretching your arms. Your elbows shoulder be resting by your side.⁠

🔵 Hold the steering wheel at 4 and 8 to avoid upper trap tension!⁠
