This is an xray of someone in their 20s. The picture on the left is a normal cervical gravity line. I see this far to often now in younger patients. This is the result of looking down at cell phone for sustained periods of time.

Sadly many young people are in phase one of spinal degeneration. This is something we typically see after someone has been in a car accident.
