We’re starting the year with two new class types for you to explore ✨ These new modalities were carefully chosen to offer the perfect complement to your hot yoga practice.

Strength & Conditioning:
A dynamic, all-levels workout that blends warm-ups and cool-downs with a high-energy, HIIT-style core sequence. Expect targeted strength work, cardio bursts, and functional movement to build power, endurance, and confidence. Modifications offered for every body and experience level.
Yin Yoga:
Yin is a slow, grounding class focused on long-held floor postures that target deep connective tissue. This practice supports mobility, recovery, and nervous system balance. All levels are welcome.
