This patient has a broken back. I moved the lamina of T4 in the upper back which helped the spine go straight. This provides immediate relief when someone’s back is out of alignment. It also makes it easier to breathe. I moved the Sacral Base forward where it’s jammed, to allow the pelvis to move in a proper way. Normally done by a Gonstead adjustment.
Normally, when the back is not broken and its posterior we move it forward to take the pressure off the pelvic region. Dr. Pastrmac usually puts the patient on the knee/chest table and sets the 5th lumbar down on top of the he does a left and right side posture getting the bone to have the optimum forward travel.
