Meet Brittany, our dedicated Lead Care Manager serving Mendocino County!

A certified medical assistant with a deep passion for patient care, Brittany is preparing to apply to her local college’s RN program to continue growing in her nursing career.

As a single mom, she brings incredible strength, empathy, and resilience to both her family and her work. Her compassion and commitment shine through in every interaction, and she is truly dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the community she calls home. 💙

Huge congratulations to one of Oksana’s housing clients — they were approved for a new rental, signed the agreement today, and move in by the end of the week!

This is Oksana’s second client who will have their security deposit fully covered through Community Supports Housing Assistance.

Through our Environmental Accessibility Adaptations (EAA) program, we help community members like Delores stay safe and independent in their homes by installing ramps, grab bars, and other accessibility features.

Every modification means more freedom, comfort, and peace of mind — and we’re honored to be part of that journey.
