Nick Payzant, Founder & CEO (pictured bottom right)
Mr. Payzant has a successful record of managing, and driving organizations to success. In 2009 he formed Cerna Healthcare, an organization offering Home Care and Nursing Services. Cerna was recognized by The OC Business Journal as the top 24th fastest growing company in Orange County California. Mr. Payzant brings a life of experience creating high revenue companies along with managing and building top performing teams. He has successfully raised over $20 million in institutional funding and achieved over $150 million in revenues with his companies. Mr. Payzant holds a degree in Healthcare Administration, is a Certified Healthcare Advisor, Certified Pilot and a Certified Scuba Diver. He also enjoys Tennis, Snowboarding, Mountain Biking and Martial Arts.
Marc Friedman, President (pictured bottom left)
Marc Friedman has been in healthcare for many years. His experience in healthcare is diverse, and multifaceted. He holds multiple degrees in the fields of Psychology and Healthcare Administration. He joined the Cerna Healthcare in 2008 as Cerna’s Executive Vice President, and is now the President of Cerna. Today Cerna is one of the fastest growing, highly respected healthcare providers in Southern California, and have expanded to their reach to include offices in Arizona and Texas. Marc is also a certified Patient Advocate, a certified Behavioral Health Advocate and a certified Senior Advisor. Marc’s passion for helping those in need lead to the creation of The Cerna Foundation in 2013. The Foundation is dedicated to helping those less fortunate, with support and guidance to meet their healthcare needs.
