Some of our greatest challenges… addiction, depression, financial struggle, even illness… may not begin with us.

Often, they are rooted in unseen family dynamics, where we unconsciously carry burdens from those who came before us. Through Family Constellation work, these hidden patterns are brought into the light, allowing for deep healing, clarity, and resolution.

In this powerful group experience, participants explore a personal issue while others serve as representatives of family members. As the constellation unfolds, a “knowing field” emerges, revealing insights beyond the conscious mind. This is not role playing, but a profound, soul-level process guided with care and intention.

By honoring each person’s place and story without judgment, the natural “orders of love” are restored. What often follows is a sense of release… of no longer carrying what isn’t ours… and a renewed ability to move forward with strength, clarity, and support from our lineage.

We are sooo excited to welcome our dear friends Rob and Melissa back to Be The Change as they visit from Seattle 🌿✨

They share beautiful devotional mantra music and lead transformative retreats to India and Costa Rica each year — and we are so grateful to have them with us for a special evening of connection and joy.

We’ll begin in the Tea House with a community potluck from 6:00–6:30PM.

Please bring a vegetarian dish or beverage to share. There is something so sweet about gathering around food before gathering in song. ❤️

Kirtan begins at 6:30PM.

If you’ve never experienced kirtan, it’s a live music practice of call-and-response chanting rooted in bhakti yoga. It’s designed to focus the mind, open the heart, and elevate your spirit. The mantras are often sung in Sanskrit, a vibrational language recited for thousands of years.

No singing experience needed. No particular belief system required. Just an open heart.

Kirtan invites us to soften the ego, become playful, join our voices together, and tap into the mystical power of sound. It is joyful. It is connective. It is deeply nourishing.

We truly can’t recommend it enough.
