Meet your new summer salad crush. ☀️
It’s crisp, colorful, and loaded with juicy fruit, marinated veggies, creamy feta, and crunchy pine nuts—topped with a citrus-basil vinaigrette infused with Liver Life for a gentle daily detox. 🌿

Honey Citrus Basil Vinaigrette
● 15–20 basil leaves
● 3 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tbsp honey (or more to taste)
● Pinch of salt
● 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
● 2–3 mL Liver Life
● Squeeze of lemon and/or lime
● Optional: garlic + pepper
→ Blend until smooth and emulsified. Adjust to taste.
Summer Salad
● 2 heads butter lettuce, chopped
● 1 large cucumber, thin-sliced
● 4–5 radishes, thin-sliced
● 1–2 lemons
● Pinch of salt
● 1/2 cup blueberries
● 1–2 peaches, sliced
● 1 nectarine, sliced
● Handful of strawberries, sliced
● 1/3 cup crumbled feta
● 1/4 cup pine nuts
→ Marinate cucumber + radish in vinegar, lemon, and salt (1+ hrs)
→ Soak sliced fruit in honey + lemon (1+ hrs)
→ Toss lettuce with lemon, olive oil + sea salt
→ Top with fruit + veggies, sprinkle with feta and pine nuts
→ Serve with dressing on the side
