Lifestyle Fitness I'm a proud mom of 4 boys and I still find time to stay fit and healthy. I believe we all can achieve more than what we think we can. Let me show you how.

At LifeStyle Fitness we believe in challenging ourselves. We believe in targeted workout routines that are personal and tailored to you or small groups. The way we come with these targeted routines is by getting together and discussing what your goals are as well as evaluating where your current fitness level is at and coming up with a plan that is unique to you. With over 8 years of experience as a certified professional trainer, I’m confident I can help you achieve your goals. I specialize in weight training, weight loss, core conditioning and nutritional guidance. Our prices vary depending on how often you come in, but they start at just $10 for the Saturday morning bootcamps. If you can come 4 times a week or more, the price is $25/session
If you come 3 times a week, the price is $30/session
If you come 2 times a week, the price is $35/session

Family & Freinds, I’m here at the cemetery with my mom and sister because my mom taught me through her faith & strength that all things are possible.

Because I believe that, I’m asking in faith and love that you all please pray for my oldest son Raul. He’s been diagnosed with end stage liver disease, just like my mom. Unfortunately it’s worse because the main portal vein to his liver is fully blocked and no blood is going to his liver.

I’m beyond heartbroken & in the deepest despair of my life.

I ask for prayers for not only his healing but also for my son’s heart’s disposition on the matter be changed. He’s pretty much given of hope.

Can you please pray for these things. I have hope & faith but I know God will hear a multitude of prayers.

Thank you family- if I don’t respond to this post please know that this is all too much for me to bare and I’m doing my best to stay above the water.

Monica is the best! She has been working with me for one whole year now. Just after the first 3 months of working with her, I saw an improvement in my energy levels and my clothes fitting better. I have a long way to go to reach my goals but Monica has helped me get the closest I have ever been! I am so happy to have found a trainer who creates workout plans for my personal strengths and capabilities. If you have never been the type of person to workout or you just don’t know where to start, look no further than monica!

Bring able to help so many people achieve their goals has been a blessing! Sometimes just feeling better is also one big reason, it is their “why” and I’m here for it.

This is the hard truth that nobody wants to hear.. the reality is it does work, you just have to put the effort in to make it work! You just have to stop making excuses.

The results will show, no matter what you do.If it’s eating wrong choices, it’ll show. Not exercising, it’ll show.
