According to the Cleveland Clinic, 80 to 90 percent of people who receive treatment for depression respond well.

Reducing stigma matters. When people feel ashamed or embarrassed, they may delay seeking support.

Dr. Fabiano A Gomes says, if left untreated, depression can affect work, relationships and daily activities, as well as increase the risk for heart disease, diabetes, pain, self-harm and su***de.

Talking openly about depression makes it easier for others to reach out and get the care they deserve.

This month, we’re highlighting a powerful read that brings clarity and compassion to couples navigating ADHD in their relationship.

Written by Melissa Orlov, a leading expert who teaches marriage counselors, and has been featured in The New York Times and the APA Monitor, this book goes far beyond traditional marriage advice. Orlov breaks down the patterns that quietly strain connection and offers practical tools, worksheets, and conversation methods that help couples rebuild understanding and closeness.

Whether you’re personally impacted by ADHD or supporting someone who is, this book brings hope, empathy, and real strategies for change.

On Veterans Day, we pause to honor the courage, sacrifice and resilience of those who have served, and to recognize the challenges many face after coming home.

Nearly 1 in 3 veterans live with the invisible wounds of trauma, anxiety, or depression. You don’t have to carry it alone.

If you’re navigating life after service and need someone to talk to, our therapists are here to listen and walk with you through the healing process.

🇺🇸 You served us, let us serve you.
