Today was the absolute worst day ever
And don't try to convince me that
There's something good in every day
Because, when you take a closer look,
This world is a pretty evil place.
Even if
Some goodness does shine through once in a while
Satisfaction and happiness don't last.
And it's not true that
It's all in the mind and heart
Because
True happiness can be attained
Only if one's surroundings are good.
It's not true that good exists
I'm sure you can agree that

Creates
My attitude
It's all beyond my control
And you'll never in a million years hear me say that

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.❤️ Taking care of your mental health can include saying ‘no’ when you’re tired, stressed, or when anxiety or depression is visiting. It can be reaching out to your supports or finding new ones to share with, setting boundaries with family members and friends, exercise and good nutrition, meditation and mindfulness, awareness of negative thoughts about yourself that make it hard to find hope that things can get better or at least feel different, seeking positive relationships, dancing, laughing, getting creative, helping others (if you have the time and energy) , resting when you need rest and visiting a psychotherapist and / or psychiatrist♥️
