I took a class on Tuesday to become a mental health, first aider. It was the most enlightening and useful training. I’ve had in a long time. The instructor was great and the information was Tops. I’m so glad I took the course. I am nationally certified.

I am currently working as a homecare worker and personal attendant. The next thing that I would like to pursue in life is becoming an end of life Doula.

Seriously, when was the last time you took a moment to look at your life and ask yourself this question? What are you doing, thinking, saying, feeling that is adversely impacting your longevity and/or your quality of life? Small things that you might consider insignificant? What could your life be like if you changed just one thing? It’s time to shine a spotlight on what is draining your life force, and replace anything that is incompatible with your best life. That life is one choice away. 🌟

Are there changes you would like to make in 2023? Would you like to improve your career? Better your home life? Learn more about finances? Let’s set some goals together and come up with an action plan to achieve them. For this month, I will take on life coach clients at no charge. The gotcha is that I would like people to write reviews on my page. I want to let people know how I’m doing. I can help with wellness goals like health and nutrition, education, goals, and so on. If you don’t have a goal, but no, you want something different, let’s talk about it and see if I can get you excited about something new. achieving goals is very motivating. Achievement feels awesome!

What’s really on my mind is that I can’t figure out how to create a video here. I am going to have to learn that. I am committed to lifelong learning, and I like to share the knowledge that I have, so here I am creating this page learning and loving it. I found a life coaching course that I am planning to utilize and of course, regarding behavioral therapy and event planning and so forth. I am excited to take these classes and learn more than I already know about the subjects that I am offering here. I look forward to serving those who need it as I truly believe that is my purpose here.
