Job description

We are actively seeking to contract a highly motivated Commercial Cleaner, to maintain and sanitize a set location on a part-time basis. We expect any persons contracted through the company to have exceptional time management, be attentive, professional, responsible, punctual and above all communicative.

Responsibilities

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Follow all health and safety regulations
High Dusting when needed
Requirements

1 year of commercial cleaning
Ability to push, pull, drag or lift, up to 30lbs?
Ability to overhead reach, crouch, bend or climb?
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Integrity and ability to work independently
High school diploma
Night Shift (hours available: 2x/wkly Tuesday & Friday (6pm-10pm)
Clean Background
Reliable Transportation
Preferred (but not required)

Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
*We a seeking to contract someone in the Anna Tx area. The shift will be Tues & Fri. 6hr/wkly.
