Amanah Birth I am a certified doula and childbirth educator
My clients matter to me most, and I am here to help you have a fully relaxing and satisfying birth experience!

Hi guys! Im Rukhsana, I am currently in Irving Texas. I am married to a wonderful and supporting husband and have a beautiful baby girl. I am a certified doula and childbirth educator who found my way into the birth world after my daughter’s birth. During my first pregnancy, I realized that I was not as informed as I thought and yearned to learn more. After seeing what an impact I could have as a doula, I immediately sought my initial certification through Amani. WHY AMANAH BIRTH? My job is to educate, support, and nurture. With a passion for childbirth education, I stick with you to ensure you’re getting the support you need. EDUCATE. As a doula, my job is to give you enough knowledge about childbirth so that you can make your decisions with confidence. We will meet up often in a comfortable place for you, and go over any questions you have. SUPPORT. Support comes in all forms, and as your doula I make sure to offer you what you need in order to get through your difficulties and enjoy your happy moments. NURTURE. I will help you grow, and feel comfortable with all of your decisions regarding your pregnancy and childbirth. My job is to stick with you every step of the way through this journey

Beautiful 💕

"This is you, and I know what you see. You see a soft middle, a round belly. You see too wide hips and your favorite jeans that don't do up. You see messy hair and tired eyes.
This is you, and here's what I see. A woman who held the universe in her womb, told by society she should be ashamed of it. I see strength and power to hold that growing and changing body and I see a new woman has recently emerged, a Mother. I see a woman who will not bounce back or go back to what she once was. She is so different now in so many much more beautiful ways.
This is you, and I know what your baby sees. Your baby sees perfection, ecstasy, joy, life, peace, love. Your baby sees home. Your baby sees you."

Healing your womb is possible, your body is amazing!

It has the power to recover from cysts, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), fibroids, endometriosis, birth trauma, s*x trauma, painful menstruation, prolapse, infertility, hormonal imbalance. We could maintain pelvic floor integrity and have an easier menopause period. And all can be done by simply learning self womb care.

Doulas honor those that make milk, the partners that support them and the professionals who help families feed their babies.

Midwives are trained to deal with complications and if an emergency happens you would be transferred to a hospital right away.
Home birth might not be for everyone but there needs to be more support and access to home birth professionals to allow mothers to birth where they feel comfortable.

It’s about being supported, informed, educate with unbiased knowledge and trusting our bodies/intuition. We are the only mammals that doubt our ability to birth!

A new upcoming Australian study in midwifery suggests home births are as safe as hospital births. Doctors have slammed it as misleading. What are your thoughts?
