That “healthy” breakfast may be spiking your blood sugar more than helping it.

Orange juice, smoothies, and fruit-only breakfasts can overload the body with sugar first thing in the morning — especially without enough fiber, fat, or protein to balance it.

A better approach?
Choose whole fruits like berries, kiwi, or papaya, and pair them with chia seeds, nuts, nut butter, or yogurt.

This reel is a sequel to all the spinach, kale, and celery juice questions that came in recently...

Many of you asked me:
“If drinking green juice every day isn’t ideal… what should we actually drink?”

Because one of the most common “healthy mistakes” I see today is people drinking the same green juice every single day — assuming that more greens automatically means better health.
