Time for a spring cleanup? ๐ŸŒธ While you are tackling that garage or closet, donโ€™t forget your pantry! Clearing out the clutter and making space for healthier choices feels just as satisfying.

With so many misleading claims and deceptive food labels, itโ€™s easy for unhealthy items to sneak in. Even I get caught sometimes:(

Last weeks happening-
Just the other day, my son told me he picked a healthier chips packet even better than my recommendation of Boulder chips that is made with Olive oil.
The nutritionist inside me was like sure let me check!
Deep River Snacks Rosemary & Olive oil was claimed in the front and on the back in the ingredients list I was shocked to find vegetable and sunflower oils along with Olive oil. Had I not looked in the back I would have said awesome job son. Lesson learned! Always do your due diligence.
