Our mission at DFW Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is to provide high quality care with compassion. ions. Our scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranges from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures. Our vision will be carried out in a compassionate, ethical and professional manner with the patient's best interest and always with highest consideration and excellence by Dr. Franco and his team.

We had an amazing time with our great friends at Texas Dentistry as Dr. Franco treated Dr. Harrington, Dr. Dao, Dr. Tran, Dr. Lam, and Dr. Falls to a wine tasting at Grailey’s.

This was a small token of our appreciation for their continued support and for trusting our team to care for their patients. Strong referral partnerships like this allow us to deliver seamless, high-quality care from start to finish.
