The irony rarely escapes me when I have this type of discussions. People don’t want to pay their copays because allopathic medicine is corrupted but willingly spend thousands on influencer backed “natural” alternatives. Several months later they come looking like they were taken out of a Simpsons reel, jaundiced with hepatitis caused by intoxication via “natural supplements”. I’m tired of stating the obvious, just because a little does good for the body doesn’t mean more will be better. Try to eat a healthy and balanced diet, avoid processed foods, limit alcohol intake to as close to zero as possible and rest. There’s no magic solution just a bunch of snake oil sales people.
