Tylock-George Eye Care is a full service vision center providing specialized LASIK, cataract surgery, and eye exams for all vision concerns. Regarded as one of the best LASIK surgery centers in the country, the team at Tylock-George Eye Care and Laser Center have performed more than 110,000 refractive surgeries including over 80,000 LASIK procedures. We specialize in cornea and refractive surgery as well as diabetic eye exams, eye diseases, infections of the eye, blurry vision, macular degeneration, and annual eye exams. We do exams in English and Spanish daily, and have staff that speak Vietnamese as well. Official LASIK provider for the Texas Rangers Baseball Team.
