Cranial adjusting can be a powerful way to address frequent headaches or migraines, jaw (TMJ) issues, neck tension, insomnia, sinus drainage, facial trauma or tics, grinding teeth, or generalized stress. It is a very gentle technique that aims to calibrate the small movements of the spaces between the bones that make up the skull and face. If they become crowded or compressed, tension and improper fluid dynamics can increase below. The technique promotes gentle release of this tension with very light pressure over these areas, which is generally very pleasant for the patient.
