Dr. Salam graduated from Madras Medical College in India in 1979, and completed Pathology Residency training at Brown University and Baylor College of Medicine, Radiology Residency training and Nuclear Medicine Fellowship training at Oregon Health Sciences University, and a second Fellowship Training in Body and Musculoskeletal Imaging at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, among other professional associations. With his fellow physicians, Dr. Salam assesses patients utilizing the most advanced and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging techniques. Specialized treatment includes Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Neuroradiology, MRI, and Pediatric Radiology, among other services.
