At OneShare Health, we're standing together with those who have survived a breast cancer diagnosis, and join together in remembrance for those lost and honor the loved ones affected. Preventive care is vitally important, as OneShare Health supported 24 Members this year battling breast cancer.
In our effort to help OneShare Health Members identify risk before breast cancer strikes, we recommend making a Preventive Services appointment with a First Health Network Provider. On our Classic Programs, Preventive Services are shared at 100% up to $1,000 after the 180-day waiting period.
What You Can Do:
• You can find a Provider through the First Health Network.
• Mammograms are age and gender appropriate.
• If you need assistance, our Member Support team is available Monday-Friday to assist you and can be reached by calling (855) 699-1274 or emailing MemberSupport@OneShareHealth.com.
First Health Network is a NCQA-accredited Provider Network that has strong provider relationships with more than 5,300 hospitals, over 55,000 ancillary facilities, and over 982,000 professional providers. With First Health Network, OneShare Health Members can access some of the top hospitals in the country, including Johns Hopkins Hospital, Stanford Health Care-Stanford Hospital, UCLA Medical Center, and Yale New Haven Hospital.
Members are not required to use a First Health Network Provider, but could end up with additional sharing responsibility if they choose an out-of-network Provider.
OneShare Health, LLC is not an insurance company but a religious health care sharing ministry. For our full disclosures, see https://hubs.ly/Q03R3mSR0.
