Meet the newest member of the TECC family, Lora Santos, Medical Assistant!

Lora brings over 9 years of pediatric experience and a passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and families. Her background includes pediatric primary care, emergency care, and Children’s Neurology & Epilepsy.

Known for her kind heart, calm presence, and constant smile, Lora creates a supportive and comforting environment for patients, families, and teammates alike. Her positivity, dedication, and strong teamwork make her an incredible addition to our team.

When we saw this letter, we knew we needed to answer the call! 1 in 26 people will be diagnosed with epilepsy in their lifetime, and epilepsy impacts more than just the individual - it touches the lives of families, friends, and caregivers.

As we come into the holiday season, we are especially reminded of the importance of being able to celebrate the season and provide memories for those children living with epilepsy and other health issues. So, as a clinic, we have adopted this little girl from United States Postal Service's Operation Santa so that she is reminded on Christmas, and every day, that she is more than just epilepsy. 💜
