Recently came across a post shared by a dietitian friend which resonated deeply in today's market where everyone claims to be a 'nutrition expert'. It is essential to scrutinize the source of nutritional information one consumes. Nutrition, after all, is an evidence-based science and not just mere opinions.

We entrust our lives with air travel without giving it much thought. Mechanics are not allowed to service aircraft without supervision; similarly should anyone without extensive knowledge and experience provide counsel regarding our well-being? However, we readily accept food and health advice from individuals who have completed brief courses without any science background or supervised practical experience or credentials?

Given the intricacies of contemporary health issues, comprehensive scientific knowledge is imperative for meaningful conversations on this subject matter.
