“From the earliest days of life, we begin storing images—of our mothers and fathers, their relationship, our culture, our triumphs, wounds, and longings. All of it is imprinted in the form of inner images in our psyche and directly impacts who we become . . .”—Jackie Sussman
When women come together in groups led by Eidetic Imagery pioneer and psychotherapist Jackie Sussman, love and humanity emerge naturally and bring with them deep healing power.
Register now for this three-session series.
Eidetic Image Psychology is a powerful tool that allows us to see the imprints of our personal and collective history and move toward the clarity, strength, and gifts of our authentic nature.
In this three-session series, we will connect with our own inner images, emotional truths, and embodied wisdom:
Session 1: Wednesday, September 17 (4:00–5:30 pm ET / 1:00–2:30 pm PT)
Body-Mind Awareness of the Heart
In this session, we’ll become curious about the emotional and spiritual biographies of our hearts. Where and why might your heart have shut down in childhood? How can you open it again in such a way that it begins to heal?
Session 2: Wednesday, September 24 (4:00–5:30 pm ET / 1:00–2:30 pm PT)
Heart Activation
We will play collectively with mythic/spiritual images in this session, activating the spiritual heart, or “the heart of the East.” Body-mind practices, including “breathing with the heart,” will help activate our heroic strength and enliven our hearts’ empathic properties.
Session 3: Wednesday, October 1 (4:00–5:30 pm ET / 1:00–2:30 pm PT)
Holding the Heart
In this final session, we will practice connecting with and sustaining the utter fullness of our hearts. How can we bring this collective and personal love into daily decision-making and problem-solving? How do we infuse our current lives with the collective and personal strength and humanity we’ve gained here? LINK in BIO
