These 2 flows support the knees and hips through controlled range of motion while inviting the nervous system into something more regulated using:
slower breath
clearer sensation
less bracing
and more choice
We’re practicing staying with the body not trying to override it.
With enough awareness you will notice a few things…
1. where you grip
2. where you rush
