Tomorrow I'm starting an AIP protocol 😁 so I prepared a few meals for the week. Having these compliant protein options on hand will keep things as simple as possible. Just need to add some veggies and dinner is done!

Breakthrough 🦠 isolation sucks 😵‍💫 but breakfast in bed for 10 days definitely does not! Here I've got smoked salmon with dairy free everything cream cheese on my favorite grain free baguette 🥖. I'm beyond grateful for my husband for dealing with me this week (and always, actually), and for the science which ensured that all I had were mild symptoms for a few days. Stay safe, world! 👊💥🦠💉💉💉
