Self-care is essential for maintaining mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It looks different for everyone, as we all have unique needs and preferences. Personally, one of my favorite self-care activities is practicing mindfulness through meditation. Taking a few moments to sit quietly, focus on my breath, and center my thoughts helps me feel more grounded and present.
