We're hosting two back-to-back healing experiences at The Willows:

🌿 Rest & Regulate: A Nervous System Reset Retreat
Saturday, Feb 21st | 11 AM – 1 PM
We'll move through an opening circle, grounding exercises, somatic practices for regulation, a creative integration break, and close with a guided journey meditation. This one goes deep.

🎵 Sound Bath
Sunday, Feb 22nd | 10 – 11 AM
An hour of gentle sound and vibration to help your body actually let go. We keep it small — 10 spots max — so it stays intimate.
Come to one. Come to both. Either way, your nervous system will thank you.

You can't pour from an empty cup.

But can we talk about how hard it is to actually set boundaries when everything feels urgent? When the world is heavy and your to-do list is endless and people are counting on you?

Boundaries aren't selfish. They're survival.

And sometimes, the most radical thing you can do is protect your peace—even when it disappoints someone.

You are not responsible for everything. You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to rest.

It's an invitation to slow down. To let the stillness hold you instead of fighting against it.

Some weeks, the world feels heavier than others.

When everything outside feels uncertain, it's natural for our nervous systems to sound the alarm. To feel on edge. To search for safety in all the places we can't control.

This week's blog is a gentle exploration of what it means to become your own safe space—not by ignoring what's happening around you, but by learning to anchor within, even when the ground feels unsteady.

Because sometimes the most radical thing we can do is tend to our own nervous system, so we can show up for ourselves and each other.

We're also building something for those who want to do this work in community. A space to learn, reflect, and grow together. Coming this spring. 🌿

From Awareness to Accountability.

January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month, but awareness alone is not enough.
As trafficking cases continue to surface in the media, this moment calls for deeper conversations about accountability, system response, and survivor-centered justice.

📍 Join Eden’s Farm at Carlow University for a timely panel discussion bringing together leaders in law enforcement, prosecution, policy, and direct services to examine how systems respond—and where they must do better.
