Take a minute for yourself. You’ll feel the difference.

Your nervous system is constantly responding to stress, but small resets can bring you back to center fast. Try these simple techniques anytime you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a quick reset:

🌬️ Box breathing: inhale 4 seconds, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4
💦 Cold water splash on your face or wrists
🌿 5-4-3-2-1 grounding (name what you can see, feel, hear, smell, taste)

These take less than 60 seconds but can completely shift how you feel.

• exhale fully through your mouth
