If you are a helper or holistic provider in the area and want to learn about trauma informed care for your clients, Consilium is hosting a Trauma Informed Masterclass to help provide comprehensive education around trauma and ways to help clients thrive. Are you a member of the LGBTQ community and looking for additional supports and resources? Maybe you've wanted to find a safe space to talk but feel reluctant or scared to put yourself out there. It may feel like you don't have a safe space to be your authentic self and find it difficult to find others who share and understand your life or experiences. If you are looking to build your community and find others who can relate and provide support in a safe and welcoming environment, we invite you to join us for PRIDE: a group that celebrates and supports authenticity and diversity. *The PRIDE Group:*
A Support Group for LGBTQIA+ Individuals

Location: Consilium Behavioral Health, in Irwin, PA

The purpose of this group is to provide a safe space within the community for adult individuals who identify as being a part of the LGBTQIA+
community. We will be discussing a variety of topics, from navigating various types of relationships to developing healthier coping skills.
The goal is to express, explore, and discuss experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community. We welcome those who are hesitant to ask for help, have never received support in this type of setting, or are looking for more support in general!

DETAILS:
• This will be an 8-week open group, held weekly, in-person.
• Virtual attendance is also an option.
• Allies are also welcome to attend.
• Participants should be 18 or older.
• The group will meet on consecutive Monday evenings, from 6:30-8:00 pm, beginning on Monday, January 9, 2023, with the last group taking place on February 27, 2023.

• Admission is $20.00 per group session, or $147.00 for all 8 sessions. Payments can be made at the door or by VENMO (). Please let us know of your attendance by December 28th or at least 24 hours before the start of each group.
