🎅🎄 What a holly, jolly holiday season at Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon! Our residents had an absolute blast celebrating with a visit from the big man himself, Santa Claus, a surprise appearance by a mischievous 🎁💚 Grinch, and plenty of laughter, smiles, and festive cheer along the way.
