This past Political Grief group we talked about the quote “The only thing more powerful than Hate is Love”. And through discussion several questions came up:
What does it look like to hold love when the world seems hateful?
How do we protect love within us?
What is powerful about love?

If we want the world to be more loving, we ourselves can be more loving. Being with community, listening, understanding, and supporting each other is a way of doing that.

Join us for our Political Grief group held once a month for community, emotional processing, and discussion 🌊🤍🌀 Next meeting is March 12th @ 7 pm

political grief can feel heavy, consuming, and endless… and still small moments of joy matter.

making art without an agenda.
petting your dog a little longer.
watching the sky change colors at sunset.
letting yourself enjoy a treat without guilt.

these micro joys don’t erase the grief, but they help us survive it. they remind our nervous systems that beauty and safety still exist.

you’re not disengaged.
you’re human.
and rest is part of resistance.
