So great welcoming Girl Scout Troop 2103 to Malina Portals yesterday!
We explored breathing exercises, a 20-minute gong soundscape, and ended the day with hands-on learning using sound instruments.
So much curiosity and joy all around ✨ It was amazing to hear the girls share their experiences after the sound bath, describing creative sound associations and movie-like imagery.
