You ever notice how that first really nice day after winter makes you want to get outside and move? I was out for a walk this morning and saw so many neighbors out—some jogging, some just soaking up the sunshine. It got me thinking about how staying active gets a little tougher as the years go by, especially if you’re dealing with aches or just not feeling your best.
