Please help us spread the word! This coming Sunday, Oct. 19th, Pal-O-Mine is hosting VetFest, a free event for veterans, service member and their families. VetFest will feature about 40 veterans' resource groups that provide services ranging from housing help to employment to health care and more. Please note, this is only for veterans, service members and their families - but we will share other opportunities for the community at large to visit Pal-O-Mine in the future. Thank you!

The healing power of horses and music!

Pal-O-Mine welcomed participants to week four of the 2Gether Program, a memory care program for individuals with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers. Smiles abounded as they took part in grooming and other horse-care activities, as well as a "sound bath," a meditative experience using instruments like singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create a soothing soundscape that promotes relaxation and stress reduction. Thanks to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America for their generous grant to make this program possible!

Healing in Nature: Thanks to the generosity of the Alzheimer's Foundation of America , Pal-O-Mine welcomed visitors to the 2Gether Program, a memory care program for individuals with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers. Today, in their first of many future visits, they took a tour of our three-acre garden and created a miniature terrarium.
