Lots of people complaining of there "pinched nerves" acting up because they have tight muscles and cramping. It's dehydration in many cases, it's hot out. Need to drink water, a few bottles a day. Coffee and iced tea don't count they have caffeine, that dehydrates you more. Sorry beer doesn't count either Alcohol will dehydrate you too, so raise a Poland Spring and get through the night without that nasty leg cramp.

Hazy hot and humid today, a lot of patients think there cramping is due to pinched nerves, most likely in this weather it's due to dehydration remember to drink lots of water.
