P R O T E I N B A G E L S !! 🥯

All you need is:
🔷 1 cup of flour
🔷 2 teaspoons of baking soda
🔷 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
🔷 1 egg
🔷 1 cups of cottage cheese ( I like good culture)

Mix it all together, divide into 4 equal balls and make a bagel.

Top with egg wash and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning. 🧂

Preheat oven to 375F and bake for 25 minutes! And voila! Enjoy!! 😊

I recently attended the OMA conference on obesity and women’s health, which highlighted the significant growth potential in this field. I often see patients struggling with weight management during perimenopause and menopause, and many feel dismissed due to a lack of understanding and support.

The conference was truly inspiring and fueled my motivation to deepen my knowledge in this area so I can better support women in their health journey.

S H R I M P & V E G E T A B L E S S K I L L E T

One of my favorite quick yet healthy recipes! The hardest part Is chopping your vegetables! Once I chop them, I sear them on the stovetop and add the shrimp and spices. This is based on your preference but I add olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. I also added 1 cube of tomato bouillon for extra flavor! And Voila! 👩‍🍳. A simple high protein, low carb dish full of flavor!
