I am currently teaching private yoga classes to individual and small groups to clients via zoom or in a beautiful outdoor setting following COVID safety measures. I attended college on an athletic scholarship and my desire to have my mind, body and soul aligned snowballed from there. I graduated from Wake Forest Law School and after practicing for a few years settled down to raise my beautiful daughter, homeschooling her for nine years. My daughter is now at Purdue University and I decided to pursue my passion for yoga and wellness. I hope to see you on (and off) the mat!

Happy Birthday to my favorite guitar player!
The past year around the sun with you has been filled with so many adventures. From enjoying life in our town with beach days, live music, amazing restaurants, and our wedding, to traveling the world together. I’m so grateful for you and all the time we’ve shared (well… maybe minus a full knee reconstruction!). I pray the year ahead brings good health, more adventures, and lots of memory-making moments with our amazing blended family and dear friends.

When adulting seems hard head home! Time with my parents brings out the kid in me! Grace and I had a great stop over in Boone which made the drive back to Indiana for her internship way more enjoyable. You know you’re spoiled when you show up and mom has your favorite homemade rhubarb pie ready (with fresh rhubarb from their dear friends garden). Hard to believe that they are 91 and 87. Good motivation to eat healthy and stay active!
