With Summer’s light beginning to fade and the days becoming cool, the pace of Fall invites us to shift and find our balance once again and ease into a gentler, steady rhythm.
To welcome this new season with a sense of balance and grounding, I’m hosting a special pop-up yoga workshop with guest instructor Oksana Golovko. Together we’ve planned a cozy session to wake up your feet, restore balance, and invite deep connection to the earth. I hope you will join us!
🍂 Stepping into Fall – Pop-Up Workshop

🦶 This 90-minute gathering begins with gentle, foot-awakening movements designed to restore steadiness and awaken your connection to the ground beneath you. You’ll move slowly and mindfully, exploring the patterns and connection of the feet, ankles, and legs, inviting balance to your body and mind.
🍵 After this nurturing practice, we’ll pause for a quiet tea ceremony - a simple ritual of warmth and presence that invites conversation or peaceful reflection.
🌀 The evening concludes with a deeply grounding sound bath, where layers of crystal bowls and soothing tones create a spacious stillness, allowing your whole self to settle into calm and balance.
🌟 Meet Guest Instructor Oksana Golovko
Oksana is a yoga instructor and an embodiment coach in training to help clients "figure out how to human" and can't wait to share this workshop with you!
With the goal of helping people feel safe and curious about themselves, especially for those of us who have discovered they are neuro-spicy later in life, Oksana is currently engaged in a coach training program and advanced teacher training in trauma-informed yoga.
Space is limited to six participants so everyone receives personal attention.
