Retinol: less is more ✨
You don’t need a lot, and you definitely don’t need it every night.
A pea-sized amount for the entire face is enough. More won’t work faster, it’ll just irritate your skin.
What it does:
• Boosts cell turnover
• Helps smooth fine lines & texture
• Improves acne and congestion
• Stimulates collagen over time
How often:
Start 2–3 nights per week, then slowly increase if your skin tolerates it. Retinol is about consistency, not intensity.
Always apply at night, moisturize well, and never skip SPF the next day ☀️
