We are prepared to help families navigate even the most challenging feeding difficulties.
New Supplemental Feeding Kits have arrived to help babies needing the support of supplemental tube feeding. These kits can be a game changer for parents trying to improve weight gain or just decrease the time it takes to get through all the feeding activities.

Do you have a feeding plan?

An Infant Feeding Plan is a helpful tool that communicates your desired hospital experience and infant feeding goals to your family and healthcare providers. If you’re still exploring your options or unsure where to begin, this is the perfect time to connect with a prenatal lactation consultant at Thrive Lactation & Wellness.

At Thrive Lactation & Wellness, we recommend establishing care with one of our Registered Nurses (RN’s) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) around 32–34 weeks of pregnancy. During this visit, you’ll review breastfeeding basics, discuss your health history, past feeding experiences (if applicable), current concerns, and your feeding goals.

Additional prenatal lactation education is encouraged around 35–37 weeks—although it’s never too late to get started.

Expectant parents often focus on preparing for labor and birth, yet feeding your baby will take up much more of your time. While breastfeeding is natural, it doesn’t always come naturally. Prenatal lactation education can be a vital step in building confidence and support as you work toward your infant feeding goals.

No more waiting for a delivery to get your replacement parts. Pick up a kit today.
Duckbills and membranes can break down over time and reduce your pump’s seal and vacuum power.
Did you know they should be replaced every 6-8 weeks to keep your pump working like new?
