Process Group for Psychotherapists.
*Interviewing candidates now*
Inviting curious psychotherapists who want to:
Grow their emotional attunement to self and others.
Strengthen their ability to talk about relationships while staying emotionally connected with others.
Develop skills and confidence in working with clients who struggle to navigate ongoing deep relationships.
In the group you will learn with and from others about relationships as they unfold. We will notice emotional reactions and dynamics in real time and discuss the gaps between how you see yourself and how you are being seen and understood by others. In group you can explore how does it feels to take space and find a sense of belonging while expressing your authentic self.
This is a relational process group that assumes we become who we are through past and ongoing relationships. It is informed by Irvin D. Yalom, modern psychoanalysis, and attachment theory.
Tuesdays 10:00-11:30 Pacific $75 per meeting.
