There was a season when land became more than property.
It became relationship.

The Grove didn’t ask to be managed or rushed.
It asked to be listened to.
Tended.
Honored.

Watching small hands pick berries here slowly and patiently reminds me of something I see again and again in my work.
How deeply we long to slow down, but how unfamiliar it can feel to actually let ourselves do it.

So many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly exhausted by the pace of life they’ve been carrying.
Not because something is wrong with them, but because their nervous systems have been asking for relief for a long time.

This land has taught me the same principles I bring into my sessions.

Nothing meaningful grows on demand.
Trust takes time.

Presence restores what force cannot.

The Grove feels sacred not because of what happens here,
but because of how we show up with care, patience, and willingness to listen beneath the noise.

On February 21, I’m opening this space for a small, intimate gathering at The Grove.

A chance to pause, settle, and reconnect in a way that feels grounded and real.
No fixing.
No pushing.
Just space to breathe and feel steady again.

There was a season when life asked me to hold more.
More responsibility, more love, and the steady rhythm of caring for others.

This photo was taken when I was 44, holding my baby niece. In moments like this, I was reminded how naturally trust, curiosity, and connection exist before the world teaches us to guard our hearts.

Raising children, and helping care for the next generation, quietly reshaped me. It taught me patience, presence, and the kind of strength that comes from continuing to show up, even when no one is watching.

Motherhood, in all its forms, has a way of refining us. It softens some edges, strengthens others, and teaches us how much love can be carried without words.

These lessons are part of what shaped the work I now offer.

On February 21, I’m hosting an indoor healing session at The Grove. A gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and let your body and heart receive the kind of care we so often give to others.

Love & Partnership ❤️

Sometimes love isn’t fireworks or grand gestures.
Sometimes it’s quiet, hard, and feels heavy.

There were seasons in my own marriage where Joe and I felt distant, exhausted by life’s pressures, and unsure if we were even speaking the same language anymore. We wondered if love was slipping through our fingers, lost to routine, frustration, or unspoken expectations.

But what I’ve learned over 42 years of marriage, raising children, and now watching grandchildren grow is that love isn’t just a feeling.
It’s choosing each other over and over, especially when it’s hard.
It’s showing up, listening, healing old wounds, and creating space for connection.

This is what I help people discover in my work. I guide them to reconnect with the heart of their relationships, restore flow in their energy, and remember what drew them together in the first place.

If you’ve felt stuck, disconnected, or like the spark has dimmed, you’re not alone and it can be nurtured back to life.

I’m hosting an Indoor Healing Session on February 21 at The Grove, a gentle, intimate space to realign, restore, and rediscover connection. Click here to learn more: https://mollygroveschedule.as.me/schedule/ca4cb213/?appointmentTypeIds[]=88059707 ˚˖𓍢ִ໋🍃✧˚.

The First Belonging ❤️

There was a season where love looked like being held before I ever knew how to choose it for myself.

This is my dad and me on my wedding day.
We were standing in my parents’ yard, overlooking the Okanogan Valley, the heat pressing in and joy spilling everywhere.

He was my steady place.

The one who saw me, protected me, and believed in me before I ever had to prove myself to be worthy of love.

That day was not only about marrying Joe.
It was about carrying forward the love I came from
into the life I was about to build.

Not everyone starts life feeling this kind of safety.
Many of us grow up learning how to be strong instead of supported, how to survive instead of soften, how to earn love instead of simply receiving it.

So much of the work I do now comes from this knowing.
That when the body and heart finally feel safe, something deep begins to exhale.

Healing starts when we remember what belonging feels like,
or when we experience it for the very first time.

The In-Between. Before I Had Language.

I was 19 here, working a summer job in Jackson Hole.
No title. No long-term plan. No pressure to become anything.

Just mountains, fresh air, and a kind of freedom I did not yet know how to name.

This was a season where I stepped out of roles and into wide open space.
I was listening, not strategizing.
Listening to nature, to my body, to something quiet inside me that did not need to be defined yet.

At the time, it felt like a pause.
Now I see it as something deeper.

It was the space between identities.
A soft trust that something meaningful was forming, even before I had words for it.
Even before I knew what I would eventually offer the world.

This is where my relationship with listening began.
Not fixing. Not striving.
Just paying attention.

So much of the work I do now comes from this place.
Helping people slow down enough to hear themselves again.
To trust what is emerging, even when it does not yet have a name.

𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻

I was 15 here.
Chosen. Smiling. Wearing a crown that looked like confidence.

From the outside, it looked like an honor.
Inside, I felt exposed.

I didn’t have a date for the dance.
I didn’t want the attention.
Part of me wanted to disappear rather than be seen.

That moment taught me something I wouldn’t have words for until much later:
Being recognized doesn’t always mean being known.
And visibility without safety can feel overwhelming.

I learned early how to wear what others projected onto me.
How to smile through fear.
How to be seen while quietly leaving myself behind.

It would take years and a lot of healing, to learn how to stand in the light
without abandoning my essence to do it.

Today, the work I do is about creating safety in visibility.
Helping people come home to themselves before stepping forward.

Honoring the nervous system, the body, the unseen parts, not just the crown.

This photo reminds me that the real work isn’t about being chosen.
It’s about choosing yourself, gently, when you’re ready.

There was a season when leadership meant carrying a great deal.
Responsibility, decisions, expectations, often while setting aside my own needs to keep everything moving forward.

My years at NAES taught me how to stay steady under pressure, how to lead with integrity, and how to hold responsibility without collapsing beneath it.
At the time, I did not yet have the language for energy, but I was learning it through experience.

This moment, hiking with a colleague, reflects something I understand more clearly now.
Stepping away from titles and deadlines.
Moving our bodies.
Laughing.
Letting the nervous system settle and the energy shift.

Looking back, I see how those moments were early lessons in regulation, presence, and energetic awareness. These are the foundations of the bio-energy healing work I offer today.

Now, when I hold space for others, I draw on that same steadiness.
I listen beneath the words.
I sense what needs support.
I lead intuitively, grounded in both lived experience and energetic wisdom.

That season taught me how to carry responsibility.
This work teaches me how to help others release what they have been carrying.

There was a time when life felt simple.
Not perfect.
Just… uncomplicated.

Days like this
barefoot in the creek with neighborhood kids
taught me belonging before I ever had language for it.

We didn’t talk about feelings.
We didn’t analyze anything.
We just showed up, splashed around, laughed until our sides hurt,
and went home when the sun told us it was time.

Nature was our playground.
Freedom felt normal.
Connection didn’t have to be earned.

I didn’t know it then,
but those moments planted something deep in me.

The land.
The quiet.
The sense of being held by something bigger.

Those early rhythms became roots
the kind I still reach for when life feels heavy
when I need to remember what “okay” actually feels like.

Is there a simple childhood memory
that still brings you comfort when you think of it?

01/05/2026

Lately, it’s felt like there’s just… too much.
Too many lessons to absorb.
Too many ways we’re told we should be growing, healing, protecting ourselves, getting it right.

As we step into 2026, a year that carries the quiet weight of new beginnings, I’ve noticed how easy it is to feel behind before we’ve even begun. Like our minds are crowded screens of glowing links… each one promising clarity… each one asking for our attention all at once. ✨

I had a dream recently that mirrored that feeling perfectly.
A screen filled with links… teachings, insights, paths I hadn’t explored yet. It was overwhelming. My body felt tense even in the dream.

Then one link stood out.
A bright, colorful map of the stars. Planets and constellations glowing like they were alive. Playful. Expansive. It didn’t demand anything from me. It simply invited me.

And something softened.

I realized I don’t have to know it all to begin again.
I don’t have to carry every lesson into this new year.
I only need to follow the light that’s calling now. The next step. The next breath of clarity. The next gentle yes. 💫

That star map wasn’t just the universe.
It was my energy.
My path.
A reminder from my own soul that 2026 doesn’t ask for perfection… only presence, honesty, and trust.

If you’re entering this year feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or quietly afraid you’re already falling behind, please hear this.
You are not late.
You are not broken.
You are allowed to move slowly. ♥️

New beginnings don’t require all the answers.
They only ask that you follow the light that feels true. One step at a time.

As the New Year begins, many people feel quietly overwhelmed.
Others reach a breaking point, when life no longer feels sustainable.

That is where Daniel was when he came to me.

He felt depleted, frustrated, and tired of carrying the same weight.
Ready for something to truly change.

He shared that he was willing to release fear, anxiety, and old patterns, and to allow healing to move through his mind, body, and spirit.

Before

Daniel arrived during one of the lowest moments of his life.
Disconnected from himself.
Strained in his closest relationship.
Holding anger, long-term stress, and habits used to avoid discomfort.

He expected this work to be supportive but subtle.

Instead, the four days we spent in Bio-Energy Healing brought clarity and change he had not experienced before.
He later shared it felt more impactful than years of traditional therapy, because the work met the root.

During

This work is not about analysis.
It is about awareness and truth.

Daniel began to see patterns clearly.
Emotional walls.
Old anger.
Protective habits.
A lack of compassion toward himself.

As awareness grew, defensiveness softened.
Listening replaced control.
Empathy replaced frustration.

After

By the end of our time together, Daniel felt steadier and more present.
His priorities were clearer.
His connection to himself and his partner had deepened.

He shared that this experience was not just life-enhancing, but life-saving.

If this speaks to you

If the New Year feels heavy.
If old patterns are running your life.
If you are surviving but not truly living.

You do not have to do this alone.

THIS NEW YEAR, I WANT TO THANK…

Everyone who has been part of this journey with me.

I started doing monthly healing events partnered with others. Then there came a time when I had to continue doing them on my own. Not because I felt ready, but because I had to. At first, I did not have the courage to believe I could hold these spaces alone.

I was scared no one would come.
Scared the room would feel empty.
Scared that this work might not be enough on its own.

And I know so many of you carry similar fears. Holding so much for everyone else. Moving through seasons quietly on your own. Wondering if support will still be there when you finally slow down and choose yourself.

What this journey has gently taught me is that I can do this alone or in partnership. And more importantly, that there are people who still care, still show up, still walk alongside me through their own healing journeys.

To everyone who has joined these monthly gatherings, sat in the space, breathed together, and trusted the process, thank you. To every client who arrived feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from yourself, thank you for your bravery and your trust.

This work continues to remind me that even when we learn how to stand on our own, we are not meant to heal alone.

Happy New Year. I am wishing you a year filled with softness, support, clarity, and the courage to care for yourself in the ways you have been needing most.

I am deeply grateful for every soul who has been part of this path and continues to walk it with me ♥️

There is something powerful about being witnessed in your healing.

When energy shifts, it doesn’t always come with force.
Sometimes it comes with clarity.
Sometimes it comes with relief.
Sometimes it comes quietly, and everything changes after.

Anne’s words reflect what many experience in this work. A gentle release. A deep insight. A feeling of coming back into alignment.

This is not about chasing transformation.
It is about allowing the body and energy field to do what they already know how to do.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, blocked, or carrying something you can’t quite name, this may be your invitation to soften into support.

You don’t have to do this alone.
