There was a season when land became more than property.
It became relationship.
The Grove didn’t ask to be managed or rushed.
It asked to be listened to.
Tended.
Honored.
Watching small hands pick berries here slowly and patiently reminds me of something I see again and again in my work.
How deeply we long to slow down, but how unfamiliar it can feel to actually let ourselves do it.
So many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly exhausted by the pace of life they’ve been carrying.
Not because something is wrong with them, but because their nervous systems have been asking for relief for a long time.
This land has taught me the same principles I bring into my sessions.
Nothing meaningful grows on demand.
Trust takes time.
Presence restores what force cannot.
The Grove feels sacred not because of what happens here,
but because of how we show up with care, patience, and willingness to listen beneath the noise.
On February 21, I’m opening this space for a small, intimate gathering at The Grove.
A chance to pause, settle, and reconnect in a way that feels grounded and real.
No fixing.
No pushing.
Just space to breathe and feel steady again.
